AAA too. Swapping the two colours gives the same number — the ratio does not know which is the text.
APCA

Clears Lc 75 — body text at a normal size and weight.
Light text on a darker ground — the negative sign is the polarity.

Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #fcccf5 can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 9.60:1, ΔE00 68.5.
deuteranopia
Ratio 10.42:1, ΔE00 70.9.
tritanopia
Ratio 10.47:1, ΔE00 94.3.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 68.5 apart against 71.3 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
