AAA too. Swapping the two colours gives the same number — the ratio does not know which is the text.
APCA

Light text on a darker ground — the negative sign is the polarity.

Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #f2d6da can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 11.49:1, ΔE00 77.9.
deuteranopia
Ratio 10.38:1, ΔE00 72.6.
tritanopia
Ratio 9.64:1, ΔE00 66.6.
The weakest of the three is tritanopia, where the two are ΔE00 66.6 apart against 73.7 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
