WCAG 2.1
14.12:1
Passes AA for body text
AAA too. Swapping the two colours gives the same number — the ratio does not know which is the text.
APCA
Lc -85.1
Clears Lc 75 — body text at a normal size and weight.
Light text on a darker ground — the negative sign is the polarity.
Colour difference

Above 10 — related only in the sense that both are colours.
Nothing to fix
This pair already clears 4.5:1, so #f2d6da can stay exactly as it is. Check another pair.
And to someone missing a cone
protanopia
Ratio 14.14:1, ΔE00 80.5.
deuteranopia
Ratio 14.11:1, ΔE00 82.5.
tritanopia
Ratio 13.54:1, ΔE00 83.7.
The weakest of the three is protanopia, where the two are ΔE00 80.5 apart against 81.6 for a trichromat — still clearly two colours.
